How long does delivery take? +
Within the EU delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. Bulgaria takes 1-2 days. UK orders take 5-8 days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the EU? +
Currently we ship within the EU and to the UK. If you are outside these areas, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel on the courier's website.
My order has not arrived — what do I do? +
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@campervandirect.eu with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Are your products compatible with my van? +
Most of our products are designed for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, and Citroen Relay — the most common van conversion platforms. Product listings specify compatibility. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Do products come with fitting instructions? +
Where relevant, yes. More complex products include installation guides. We are also happy to answer technical questions by email.
Can I order a product that is out of stock? +
Contact us and we will let you know expected restock dates. For large orders we can sometimes source items specifically for you.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, iDEAL (Netherlands), and Bancontact (Belgium) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
Is it safe to pay on your website? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a VAT invoice? +
Yes. Contact us after placing your order with your company name and VAT number and we will issue a VAT invoice.
