Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must contact us before returning any item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
