These terms and conditions govern your use of CamperVanDirect.eu and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the products at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, and Bancontact. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable for your intended use and compatible with your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Installation should be carried out by a competent person.
